Import from CSV or add one by one
Drag a CSV in. Map columns to contact fields (first name, last name, email, company, title, any custom field). Duplicates are detected by email address. New imports merge rather than overwrite.
Accounts link contacts to companies
Create an account for each company. Every contact at that company links to it. Open an account and see all contacts, their sequence enrollment history, and aggregate engagement.
Tags and folders for any organization scheme
Tag contacts with anything: persona, industry, source, stage. Filter your list by tag. Folder contacts into named lists for quick re-use across sequences.
Per-contact engagement history
Open a contact and see every email sent, every open with timestamp, every link clicked, every reply. If they replied positively to one sequence 6 months ago, you'll know before you enroll them in another.
