A/B variants per email step
Each email step supports multiple subject/body variants. MailQueue splits your contacts across them and shows open and reply rates per variant so you know which one to keep.
Example: 2 variants on step 1, winner data visible after first 20 replies
Condition branches
Drop a condition node anywhere in the sequence. Set a rule (opened, clicked, replied, tag applied) and the sequence routes contacts down the Yes or No path automatically.
Rules: one or more opens, one or more clicks, replied, tag equals
Delays that actually make sense
Set a wait between steps in minutes, hours, or days. The timer starts when the previous step completes, not when enrollment starts. Manual steps don't count until you complete them.
Delay options: business hours only, calendar days, specific send windows
